The tutor deserves a perfect score, but the student success team fell short—they're only available a few mornings or days each week. I received an incorrect membership number, which led to my assessment being rejected and delayed my marking by a week. I had planned my submission early, putting in a lot of effort to take a break from learning, but instead spent that time trying to fix this issue. I kept submitting support tickets with no response, and when I tried to follow up, they kept canceling my previous requests, forcing me to start over. The student success team is letting down the tutors, as the teaching support is excellent!
