Purchased 2 blankets for the daughter-in-laws from Christmas gifts on 12/7/25. Had some email correspondence and they said they had issues with shipping in Canada. They offered a refund or they would ship through a different avenue and they would provide tracking. Nothing received. 2 weeks later, I sent another email asking for tracking and no reply. I asked for them to ship through their Amazon vendors since it was posted all over Amazon as well. Still nothing. Here we are almost 2 months from purchase and they went ghost. Originally my wife found them on Facebook and I have seen scams there before, so I decided to look up the company and buy directly from them vs. double the price on Amazon or Facebook link. Waste of time and money! Consulting with my attorney.
