Complete scam! Answered first email then nothing. Said postal strike was going to reship and nothing. I am out $80 and 3 christmas gifts. I would strongly recommend not ordering anything from this group.
My mother order 4 blankets $115 in November 15th never got it. It said it was delivered in Cambridge. They said I could get 30% back because of being late. Now it's January and they stopped replying to me. Completely. I would not order. Piece of shit.
I had to give 1 star I would give them a minus 5 star if I could order a blanket back on Dec 12 here it is Jan 16th never got it, got a text saying postal on stike gave me 2 choice get refund or they would send it with a different carrier. It wad a christmas gift so I chose to resend it. Didn't here anything Text again wanting to know when it would ship text nack and said 3-4 days text the back again said I want a full refund and said I was going to write a bad review and call my credit card company. By the way his name was Kevin that was texting me noe nothing. My bad I should have checked further about this company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM AVA JEAN!!!
one star because I have to click something in order to speak. I trusted this site and I put in an order for Christmas and nothing came. When Christmas was over, December 29, they finally responded back to me. M family Never received anything I ordered and poor communication. Ended up having to dispute with credit card company I would avoid purchasing anything here if you actually want to receive it for a gift
After numerous attempts to either get the product or a refund still nothing. They will answer you initially for you to keep the order with them but once it hits their bank account they STOP responding. They are professional thieves! STAY AWAY!
Wanted to get my wife a nice heated blanket for Christmas and it never came. Everything people are saying is exactly what I am going through. Lies about postal strikes. Emails from a guy saying it will be resent. Promises of a refund. Promise of extra gift due to my troubles. All bullshit. Fake website. Scam. Stay away!SHOP has done jack shit to remedy the situation as well.
I would give zero star's if that was an option. I ordered from this company back before Christmas, I still haven't received my item or refund and have emailed constantly and all they keep saying is your refund has been scheduled and I should get it "that week" which hasn't happened! I have been more that patient and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Let's see what the financial ombudsman service have to say about this now!
