I would give zero star's if that was an option. I ordered from this company back before Christmas, I still haven't received my item or refund and have emailed constantly and all they keep saying is your refund has been scheduled and I should get it "that week" which hasn't happened! I have been more that patient and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Let's see what the financial ombudsman service have to say about this now!
