I've been trying for three days to cancel my order (of FlexiPDF) within the 30-day guaranteed refund period; but the 800 phone number is *never* accepting calls AND my emails to the address linked right in their website (to which I'm able to log in, as a "member" of theirs since 2011) are rejected as "bad destination mailbox address"!
