I purchased InPixeo Ultimate Edition two days ago buit the download link I received was for InPixeo Studio 12 - which I already had. The promo package was supposed to include two programs - Maximiser and InFocus

I tried contacting support via the ChatBox but got absolutely nowhere. I then tried calling the UK telephone support number 020 3318 4759 on on three occassions after getting through I was cut off.

I paid £41.64 for a software under order number UQMDP5G2 and all I got was a download link for a program I already had and which was licensed until June this year. So all in all, I received absoulutely nothing!

The InPixeo software is very good but the company and customer services behind it 100% usueless and I shall not be buying any further software from Avanquest.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES IMAGINABLE

No way to request refund

I've been trying for three days to cancel my order (of FlexiPDF) within the 30-day guaranteed refund period; but the 800 phone number is *never* accepting calls AND my emails to the address linked right in their website (to which I'm able to log in, as a "member" of theirs since 2011) are rejected as "bad destination mailbox address"!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased Bookkeeper 2023 from Office Depot. It came with options of installing with the CD Drive (which my computer does not have) or download the program, which I did. The only download option was to download Bookkeeper 2025, which I did. Once installed, I get an error message stating "You are attempting to run a newer version of the Bookkeeper database with an older version of the Bookkeeper program. Bookkeeper will shut down."I purchase the technical support code and have tried calling multiple times. Each time I have waited to speak with a technical support person for 60-90 minutes without ever being able to speak with anyone. I have spent over 5 hours total on hold, paid for technical support and have nothing to show for it.

Could not install

Could not install. This is not free. Their tech was installing remote. Crashed my computer. Could not get customer support. Had to cancel payment via my bank.

No Support at all.

No SupportI am using Bookkeeping Accounting software from Avanquest. I never try to contact support team in last 4 years. I am calling tech support team because Bookkeeper payroll is not working. To get support, you have to buy support code. And then call them so i am on call from last one hour and 50 minutes. No one answer yet. Do not waste time for this product. And Avanquest doesn't believe in after sale service.

In general the Bookkeeper program seems…

In general the Bookkeeper program seems to meet the needs of this small 3 people company. Unfortunately, it is very frustrating to be unable to print W2 forms, referred to update 2025 tax tables, see the tax tables on your website but unable to update. There is a comment that 2026 tax tables will be available soon. I do not understand why I have to pay 9.99 to ask a question regarding problems with your software and updates. There should be more explanations regarding these issues. Your problem list with answers date back to 2014. Makes me think you have not updated or corrected the same issues for more than 10 years.
