Besides the ridiculous interest, which I knew and I'm fine with... they are an absolutely clueless company. Making a $500 purchase, got flagged so I get a text asking me if it was me... pretty standard. I say yes, I get a text that says "thanks for telling us it's not fraud." Purchase declined. I call, they unblock for "potential fraud" ...ummm what was that text for then? Ok, whatever... try again. Declined. Call again. Same thing. Declined. Call. Declined. Call. Declined. Call. Escalated to supervisor, or manager, or whoever feels like acting important at whatever call center in India. Their response... and I am not exaggerating... "We don't have an answer. Your account isn't blocked and everything has been reset. We don't know what to do." I'm sorry... what? That was the last thing they had to say.... "I don't know. It's just not working." I'll be closing this absolutely garbage credit card.
