Total Hassle with this company! I cancelled the insurance within the cooling off period as it was really expensive. I received my refund. Since then I have been bombarded with emails to ask if anything has changed with my policy..I've contacted their help line, but still the rubbish comes. I email back but they send rubbish emails that can't be read. There's no end to this hassle with this company. I sent screenshots of their unreadable emails and even suggested they phone me. But back comes an other unreadable email. Wish I had never heard of Avanti. It's now 30th March and still getting hassle.
