I own two homes in California that are managed by AvantStay, and my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Over the course of our relationship, I’ve encountered repeated billing errors resulting in thousands of dollars in incorrect charges, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.There have also been serious guest complaints, including allegations of theft, that were handled unprofessionally and without transparency. Instead of resolving issues constructively, the company’s representatives—particularly my main contact, Nikolina Kurzatkowska—have often been evasive and misleading in their responses.Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other property owners from partnering with AvantStay. Their management style has been antagonistic and unreliable, and I’ve lost confidence in their integrity and competence as a property management company.
