Incorrect Information

After a long morning of travel from Scotland, I verified with the bus service that I could use my contactless card, which they confirmed. I stood in the cold for 40 minutes only to be informed that I needed cash instead. I managed to get cash from the airport and returned to the bus, but the female driver ignored me. She argued with another passenger, went back to her seat, and continued making a call before finally accepting my cash and giving me change in small notes. I also faced €4.95 in bank charges. Overall, I am very unhappy with this experience—definitely not the start to my relaxing break that I anticipated.
