After a long morning of travel, I checked with the bus service to confirm I could use my contactless card, which they assured me was acceptable. However, after waiting in the cold for 40 minutes, I was told I needed cash instead. I managed to obtain cash from the airport and returned to the bus, but the driver ignored me. She engaged in an argument with another passenger, returned to her seat, and continued making a call before finally taking my cash and giving me change in small notes. I also incurred €4.95 in bank charges. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this experience—certainly not the start to my relaxing break that I had hoped for.

We took the bus from one location to another and found it extremely difficult to get information about schedules or bus numbers. After booking our tickets online, we waited for a long time in the station without any bus arriving. We ended up walking 2 km in the rain to another station, only to learn our tickets were no longer valid and had to buy new ones. The staff was unfriendly, and the complaint form was only in another language. The next bus was at 18:00, which was too late. I would not recommend this service!
I booked a trip through a website for a bus journey in Spain. We arrived early at the scheduled time but waited for the bus that never showed up. Another bus stopped, but the driver informed us our tickets were not valid for that bus. With no other buses available and time running out, we had to buy two additional tickets. We purchased a cancellation policy at the time of booking, believing it would cover this issue, but it did not. After reaching out to multiple parties, we were told a refund was impossible. We ended up paying twice for tickets without any accountability from the companies involved. Very disappointing! We will not use this service again.
