Avanza is a terrible company, never use them. We payed for two tickets from Malaga airport to La Linea and there were no bus at the time of departure. We waited for 10 mins and asked in a ticket office where is the bus. The unprofessional woman in a ticket office told that the bus departured on time and there were 40 people there. We have not seen ever neither bus nor queue of 40 people!!! The other passenger for the same bus came to the ticket office and she told him the same. The woman declined a fact that there was no bus at all and 3 passengers were kicked by Avanza without any excuses and money back!!There was another bus to Marbella and the woman said we need to pay for it additionally.Terrible service, terrible unprofessional behavior. I wish Avanza to become a bankrupt soon.
