having received my new machine, I began to assemble according to the instruction booklet. on trying to connect the hose pipe connection with inline filter it became apparent that the fitting had broken off inside the outer casing. On contacting AVA customer services by email I received a response from Rachel who requested all details including photos to resolve the problem. On sending the requested details etc Rachel responded within 15 minutes with a solution to the issue. Collection arranged for damaged machine, new machine to be ordered when collection confirmed. Problem solved in less than 24 hours. Many thanks to Rachel who understood what the problem was and for being professional, polite and courteous. A credit to AVA customer services.
