AVA make fantastic products. I treated myself to a £300 AVA 4 years ago which would take £500 to match with a Karcher equivalent.Be careful to read the details and register on time for the very, very long warranty (10-20 years) available. I didn't and there's a hard line with AVA - no exceptions for delayed registration (hence a lost 2 star rating) but they were kind enough to give me a pump service kit (~£25 to buy) which would see my machine likely to hit the 10 year warranty period anyway (this earned back a star).That said... my pressure washer has been faultless until last weekend when it suddenly died. I have no warranty to void by inspecting it myself and can see that AVA build their products to be user serviceable. When I opened up the case I could immediately see a minor manufacturing/assembly issue that had pinched a cable.When I contacted AVA and sent photos to describe the issue they replied within an hour to describe the DIY "no parts required" resolution.A disappointing experience with the warranty inflexibility but otherwise top marks and a nice 'save' with free advice on DIY repair. Still very much an AVA fan.
I just placed an order with AVA and One hour later I already have notification from DPD they are expecting my parcel.
So serves is very good so far .
Hopefully my experience with the pressure washer will be as good .

I also had the impression that this philosophy reflected the company itself. Ordered direct with Ava. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Customer service was great. I also added the mystery gift for £10.90 which came via a different courier- not impressed with the universal cleaner as it’s £9 at b&q however not used it yet. But overall very good
