At the same time, he responsibly and transparently informed me of all potential risks involved, particularly regarding the possible loss of warranty.Given the circumstances, this was the only viable way for me to restore functionality to my device, and I gladly accepted. Throughout the entire process—from my payment to the final delivery—Mischa consistently responded to all my inquiries and kept me updated in real time on every stage of the shipment.One of the main reasons I originally chose an AVA pressure washer was my belief that I was getting the best value for my money, along with a product designed for long-term use through proper maintenance and self-repair. I also had the impression that this philosophy reflected the company itself.
