Purchased a P80 pressure washer with the giga pack in January 2026. Initially the item worked fantastically well and I was really happy with my purchase. However, on the 3rd use, the washer stopped working completely - no power coming from the unit. I contacted AVA customer services detailing the issue, sending proof of purchase, warranty registration and a short video of the issue the team were very good and arranged for a collection for the item to be returned to JMS Janitorial supplies - I believe their UK agent. The item was returned exactly a week later by DHL who left the box outside on the drive as no one was home - we had absolutely no idea it was being returned. In the box was the pressure washer and 2 new nozzles. Apparently, the diagnosis for the a brand new £600.00 pressure washer ceasing to work after 2 uses was a blocked nozzle. I did question this but was advised that this was indeed the case. I tested the washer immediately and it worked as it should on a short test. Fast forward to the following day when I attempted to wash my car. The washer worked for c2mins and stopped as it did previously. So, now in the process of requesting a replacement item or a refund. It’s clearly not an isolated issue. I emailed JMS Janitorial Supples for an update on the original repair. Unfortunately, the initial response I got was for a completely different customer with a different issue but, the response did state they were working through a high number of warranty claims and were very busy.
