My order arrived on time and was as ordered. However, one component was misshapen. I contacted customer service via the Chat Bot and after one email and a photograph of the misshapen part, the new part was dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days. I t was also an upgraded version of the original part. So excellent customer service of a great product.
