Contacted AVA regarding a minor issue with my P40 pressure washer and in my opinion their response and help was excellent.I explained the issue and sent in a short video and AVA offered to replace the faulty part immediately no arguments at all.I found them knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with I feel like a valued customer.
