Attention! Do not buy the Ava Series Telescopic Lance. Mine was used twice before the 2 year warranty expired. The trigger valve no longer works and you cannot buy parts for this expensive Lance. The advice I received from the NZ agents was to buy a complete new Lance at $250NZD. Why buy an expensive new lance that you cannot buy parts for?!Thanks for your kind offer to help however I did send a request to the email you supplied before I posted this feedback and I was told to contact the USA support. (I am in New Zealand). I have re sent the email to support so please read it this time...
