I received my P57 and opened the box, I had a look at some of it and noticed the pistol collar was stuck and I couldnt free it, I had tried warm water and sticking it in a vice. I contacted their customer service and got Rachel helping me, within a few hours I had a new pistol on its way, no messing about and she was very concise. The following day the new one turned up so again fast delivery. Ive since used the P57 and have been happy with the product. But what I was impressed most with was the customer service......
