I bought the easy P50 XL. I think it’s a really good machine, no major downsides, just the odd thing I’d change. I had an issue and customer service were excellent, they were responsive and our email exchanges all made sense, no automated responses or following a script with frustrating exchanges. They resolved my issue and I have confidence I’ll get good support should I need it in the future.
