I had a very disappointing experience with this florist and would not recommend them.
I placed an order based on their advertised same-day delivery. I understand that inventory issues can happen, and I was flexible when they informed me of a delayed delivery date. However, the flowers were still not delivered on the revised date provided.
Communication was extremely difficult throughout the entire process. It is nearly impossible to reach a live person—calls are routed through automated prompts with promises of follow-up that never occurred. It took me an entire week of repeated attempts just to speak with someone.
To make matters worse, both the website tracking system and a representative incorrectly stated that the delivery had already been completed, which was not true. The only time I received a response was after sending a message stating that I would pursue further action.
While the flowers were eventually delivered, the overall experience was frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable. Offering a 25% discount on a future order does not resolve the issue, as I will not be using this company again.
I would strongly recommend choosing a florist with reliable communication and accurate delivery practices.
