Review Time
Placed an order 2 weeks in advance for a certain date and time. It was never delivered and no one reached out to me to tell me that it wasn't. I had to reach out to them to find out if it was delivered and why it was not. I was told it was because of florist complications. They promised to deliver it the next day. But when it was delivered it was nothing like what I had ordered. Wrong size. Wrong flowers. Wrong date. This is actually the second time in a row this exact scenario has happened. When I reached out about the order not being correct after delivery I never received a response from
anyone.
Terrible! I placed an order to get delivered for the 14th and they had said they can do it. A few hours later after they took my payment, they email saying they will not be able to do so anymore until the 17th. I asked for refund and they never did. They still delivered the flowers on the 17th and never contacted me back after all the emails and calls I did to them. I get this email on March 1st to leave a review. Terrible! It was supposed to be an anniversary gift and they completely ruined it.
The website is absolutely misleading. They have a bs late policy that is buried on the website, while saying that your order should be on time the whole time. Also, everything is done through the website as the hold times are ridiculous, and it is impossible to talk to anyone. Horrible experience and didn't even know when my delivery finally showed up.
I wish I had checked the reviews before I placed an order. I selected the "Floral Dish Garden" higher priced selection. They stuck in ONE gerber daisy. You'd think with "floral" in the title it would have more than one stinky flower. The remaining THREE plants were just greens. It looked nothing like the what was pictured on the website. I will never use them again and do not recommend them.
The arrangement was for my mom and she loved it. Was a little disappointed with the late delivery and the customer service system. Ordered it for delivery on Valentines day, and the flowers I picked were same-day eligible, but they don’t arrive until 2 days after the holiday. I was sent a message at 5:45p on Valentine’s Day that my order couldn’t be delivered that day and that if I wanted to change/cancel my order I needed to call them by 6:00p, which seemed like a pretty unreasonable timeframe. I only saw the message after 6 and tried calling anyway but their customer service dept was closed. It was fine in the end as the flowers were great but would’ve been nice to have more notice about the delays.
Arrived a day later than I asked for. And not what I ordered from the pics. Completely different colors -- it was supposed to be pastels, and it was bright, hot oranges. Pretty, but also, smaller than I was led to believe on the site. My sister was very happy with them however. But they arrived a day after her birthday, which isn't what I wanted.
I ordered flowers for my fiancé for a surprise at her work the day before Valentine’s Day. I scheduled a week or more in advance specifically requested a delivery time before 4 pm. I did not receive anything until the next day and the order was left outside her office. The day of, I could not reach anyone for customer service. The whole experience was terrible, and I will never use Ava’s flowers again. Do not believe the discounts, it’s not worth it.
I didnt get what I ordered initially. THe flowers i got at first wre beautiful but the wrong order. I got what I actually ordered the next day, after Valentine's. The roses didnt last too long but I got two orders for one, so that was cool
Positives the flowers did arrive negatives. They were short stem. They arrived at 9:00 on Valentine's Day. About 6 hours after notification came that they were delivered so spent a couple hours chasing down. Never able to reach anybody at this company. They are completely online. At the end of the day the flowers arrived on Valentine's Day, but it's not very efficient process.
The flowers were not the same as pictured not even close. And the chocolate that was received was not as described it showed gourmet chocolate and we received a bag of hershey kisses. Not happy at all. Will never do business again.
