I placed an order on Wednesday March 25th to be delivered on Sunday March 29th. I was contacted and was told that the Sunday delivery was not possible. I could understand this as I figured the shop was probably closed on Sundays. I was told the flowers would then be delivered on Monday the 30th. They were not. They were now going to be delivered on the 31st and the email stating this was not sent to me until closing time that Monday, Eastern time. When the flowers finally were delivered, they were from a different florist, one I was not familiar with. Way too much money for that bouquet and the poor customer service/communication.
