I ordered flowers for my fiancé for a surprise at her work the day before Valentine’s Day. I scheduled a week or more in advance specifically requested a delivery time before 4 pm. I did not receive anything until the next day and the order was left outside her office. The day of, I could not reach anyone for customer service. The whole experience was terrible, and I will never use Ava’s flowers again. Do not believe the discounts, it’s not worth it.
