I had to reach out to them to find out if it was delivered and why it was not. I was told it was because of florist complications. They promised to deliver it the next day. But when it was delivered it was nothing like what I had ordered. Wrong size. Wrong flowers. Wrong date. This is actually the second time in a row this exact scenario has happened.
