We placed the order online for Valentine's Day with the delivery date scheduled as Feb. 14th. We got a message about 2:00 pm on Valentine's stating the irder could not be delivered until Feb. 15th because they couldn't secure a florist to make that specific bouquet. We tried multiple times to contact Ava's flowers to see if a different bouquet could be delivered but the person answering the phone said they would have customer service call us back within 30 minutes. No one ever called! On Monday, we tried again to call and could not get anyone to return our call. The biuquet was delivered but it did not match the bouquet we ordered. We again tried to contact Ava's Flowers but no one woyld help us. We will NEVER use Ava's Flowers again. We will call a florist directly.
