I am writing this out of absolute necessity as my repeated attempts to reach AVASK via help desk tickets and phone calls have been ignored.
We are currently facing a critical situation with our company, ZRA INSTRUMENTS LIMITED. Due to an address mismatch on our French VAT certificate (still showing our old Sutton address instead of our current Croydon office), Amazon has officially restricted our inventory capabilities in the French marketplace.
The deadline for this update was March 25th. Since then, we have been chasing Elizabeth and the team daily. Every time we manage to get someone on the phone, we are told that a response will be sent to our registered email, but we receive nothing.
This silence is causing significant financial damage to our business. All we need is the submission proof (Accusé de réception) or a formal confirmation that the address change has been filed with the French Tax Authority (SIE). This document is the only way for us to secure an extension from Amazon and get our business running again.
It is unacceptable to pay for a professional service and then be left stranded without a single email response while our account is blocked. I urge management to look into this immediately.
