I placed an order for a case over a month ago and was able to track it using the provided tracking number for about two weeks. Now, when I attempt to track my parcel, I receive a message stating that no results were found. I've sent multiple messages but haven't received any replies. I only ordered from this seller because I thought they were based in Australia, which turned out to be false. I feel ripped off.
