I ordered a battery case from the website on December 5th and received a DHL tracking link. However, after two weeks, there was no update on the tracking status. I reached out to two different email addresses provided, but received no reply. I had to open a case through a payment platform, which quickly sided with me, and I received a full refund.

I do not recommend this service! They sent me a defective case. After reaching out, they eventually sent another defective one that looked previously used. It took over 30 days to resolve, and now they expect me to pay for shipping back to receive store credit. Please do not purchase from them.
Report them for fraud by searching for how to report a merchant. This company is a scam. They refuse to refund the express shipping I paid for, citing a shipping error, and first claimed my order didn’t exist, then that it was backordered. This is clearly a fraudulent operation, not a legitimate local business.
