We were using Avelo regularly for a family member to visit and for me to visit them. The flights we were able to use were fine (although good luck trying to get them on the phone for any reason). I am giving two stars for that. Because of frequent use of their often affordable flights, I signed us both up for their new Avelo Plus program when it became available. I immediately went to book a flight for the usual route, and they had stopped service. No warning anywhere on the site in the weeks beforehand. When I signed up it even stated my home airport as the one we always used. I requested a refund as we would no longer be using the airline since we do not travel where they fly. They refused any refunds, both on the phone and via email when I followed up that way.
