Made reservations for 3 people Sunday eve. Got an email Tuesday am saying I could get 40% discount. Called to find out how to use it and was 182 in line with recorded msg saying it could cost me $25 fee to change anything. Recommended online changes to avoid the fee. Made new reservations and canceled the one I had just made. Sorry. They bank the money and you have to use it within 1 year and they only go to two locations. So, I'm out all of that money because I don't plan to go to the locations. When I got to Lakeland at 9:15 pm, my luggage was destroyed. No one was there to report it!! I took pictures. Drove to where we were staying and got there after midnight. First thing in the morning at around 6 am, I went online to report it. Got a message back. Sorry, you needed to report within 4 hours of arrival. Customer service was impossible to get. This cost me hundreds of dollars that I will never be able to use. Horrible experience. One bag cost $120 for round trip. This was NOT a good deal. Be aware!!
