2 things I want to mention:First off, Jasmine in customer service is exceptional! She has gone above and beyond for me, dealing with my payment/pricing issue. She answered all of my questions patiently, even if I sounded a bit frustrated. She was SO nice. Nonetheless, she escalated my issue, sought an answer in a timely manner and resolved my issue. Amazing quality and I can tell my son is going to love his own personal jungle gym.
