Love our pikler triangle with the ramp/ladder! Have had it for years with 4 little kids and they use it every single day. They are so active and it has held up impressively well. We had one issue and customer service was quick to make it right and so friendly!! Very impressed with this company and their products!

A total win for our multi-age classroom! We have kiddos from 1 to 5 years old using this daily, and it’s holding up beautifully. Assembly was a breeze, and the build quality is top-notch. It’s incredibly versatile—the swing is at a safe, accessible height, and the climbing features are designed so teachers can easily assist. If you need something that packs a ton of play value into one footprint and keeps every age group engaged, this is it!

I placed my order in December (in preparation for my son's birthday in January). What should have been a straight forward purchased has turned into months of frustration.

I was sent the incorrect item (I ordered the Black and White Flair and was sent the rainbow). Rather than immediately correcting the mistake, I had to send multiple follow up emails just to receive a response. Communication was slow, inconsistent and reactive & I only receive "updates" after chasing them.

I was told replacement items & a partial 20% refund would be processed, yet shipping was delayed weeks beyond what I was promised (in fact, I had to reach out and they THEN created a shipping label and sent the item, but emailed me as if it had been sent long ago). To this day, late February (two months after ordering), I am still waiting on the refund that I was promised and I'm being given vague answers via email that offer no real accountability for the absolute lack of professionalism and care this company displays.

Mistakes happen. What made this experience unacceptable was the lack of accountability and urgency. I paid in full (over $200) and was left to manage this problem myself, repeatedly following up for basic answers.

If you value clear, transparent and honest communication, timely shipping and companies that stand behind their commitments, I would strongly reconsider ordering from Avenlur.

Zero Accountability After Sending The Wrong Item

2 things I want to mention:First off, Jasmine in customer service is exceptional! She has gone above and beyond for me, dealing with my payment/pricing issue. She answered all of my questions patiently, even if I sounded a bit frustrated. She was SO nice. Nonetheless, she escalated my issue, sought an answer in a timely manner and resolved my issue. JASMINE, i can’t thank you enough seriously. Overall, Avenlur, in the end working with me. THANK YOU. i really appreciate it. Secondly, the product is great. Amazing quality and I can tell my son is going to love his own personal jungle gym.

High quality products (my children agree!) and excellent customer service! I received help from Jasmine to assist with my order around the holidays and she was so helpful between our two calls and she had her detailed reference notes from our prior conversation. 100% satisfied with this product

100% satisfied with this product. The customer service was incredible. Our representative, Precious was incredibly helpful and responded to my emails immediately. I don’t remember the last time I was this happy with a company. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for the product. The item we purchased didn’t have the accessories we thought came with it at no fault of Avenlur and without hesitation they shipped the accessories to us. It was so generous and we couldn’t be happier!

Bad customer service

Update: After posting this review and escalating the issue, Avenlur issued my refund. However, this only occurred after prolonged silence and public pressure. Communication was still handled poorly, and I stand by my original experience.I DO NOT recommend buying from Avenlur. I initially received my product, but when I purchased the climbing wall and monkey bars, I realized they couldn’t be used together as advertised.At first, Avenlur seemed helpful. They offered a full refund if I returned the items, no cost to me. I shipped the package the very next day using their provided label. They said my refund would be processed once the package was in transit.But after that, they completely stopped responding. Despite multiple emails and a website chat, I’ve heard nothing since the package was delivered to another customer, per their request. My $400 refund has not been issued, and there’s been zero communication.It’s shocking how fast they were to ship my item to someone else but impossible to get a refund. I am filing a chargeback with my credit card.Beware: this company takes your money and disappears. Do not trust them.
