Such a great company to work with. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift. I had never dealt with this company before but the item I ordered was a gift request. FedEx advised they delivered the item but they did not deliver to my address. I sent an email to Avenlur the next day advising I did not get the item. The next day I received an email from them that they were shipping me another one. The very next day, another delivery service dropped the new delivery right at my door. (2 days from when I alerted them to the issue) I could not believe how quick they were to respond to my dilemma and how fast the next order was delivered. They were very quick with their response and very pleasant to work with. I can’t say enough! Thank you so much!
