Avoid! Ordered the golden retriever which arrived today. Is nothing like advertised. Wrong size, plastic & poorly painted. Will try to get money back but judging by other reviews I don't hold out much hope. Bought as a gift, but would be embarrassed to give.
I ordered 4 lamps on the 12 of December with guaranteed xmas delivery.They emailed me with a tracking number to follow the journey.Around the 16th of December I had an email to say it was with yodel gb then 2 days later I checked again and on the information it said it was just departing china (yet 2 days before gb yodel had it).I have since tried clicking on the tracking link and it tells me oops something has gone wrong contact the seller.(My first email went through though no response my other 3 have been sent back telling me it can not send to the email address and I have tried 2 different email addresses and they both bounce back.Im going tio contact the bank tomorrow and and hopefully get my money back.All of it i hope.(Fingers crossed) has any body else tried to do this? hope if you all contact your bank aswell you will also be refunded.Wish I had looked before ordering but been so busy and worrying about what to buy people.Seen the advert and thought that they looked really nice and stupid me ordered them before reading these reviews
Ordered Two Dogs For My Daughters for Christmas,as the dogs passed away early this year,After several emails with no reply the products arrived today, what a bag of rubbish these are,These are plastic not Glass,apsolute RubbishNot even the right size as stated in the discription, doesnt resemble the pictures at all,This Company needs shutting down PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYDont even want to rate this with a 1 star
Yep I got caught by the glossy adverts which are everywhere, recieved the wolf head eventually if it wasn't such a rip off it would be laughable. Unfortunately 39.99 is no laughing matter totally miss represented , states usb powered came with 3 watch batteries as power source in a poor plastic very small thing. Can't understand why this company can get away with an online fraud.so angry that they pop-up even when playing respectable games. Avoid at all costs.
Actually....this company is 0 stars and is a scam!!!! Lost my money...never received items....and they continue to sell on Shopify!!! Shame on you, Shopify, for not investigating or helping the customers scammed on your platform!!!
Don't know why this mob haven't be charged with fraud and still aloud to advertise they are a totally rip off merchant, if you actually get the item you purchased its cheap tac nothing like its description or photo from the advert wish i had seen the reviews before i was ripped off, they charge cheap prices so there's not to much of a fuss and it goes unchallenged, no reply to email or any customer service Chinese rip off company trading under Avenly home BEWARE & AVIOD at all cost. 29.99 rip off
If I could give them 0 I would the package came nothing at all like picture and it was mid painted with black smudges. They only have the one email address no number and will send you round in circles till they block your email address please do not waste your hard earned cash on this company
I purchased a hoodie from these people December 7th this is January 10th and I still don't have my hoodie cannot get a hold of them through email or any other way and now I find out it's a scam yay me do not buy from these idiots
False lamp size, bought dog lamp, nothing like picture, looks like something a child made, false reviews on website, cannot change led or bulb, no accessSupposedly glass it's not, it's plastic, made to look like tyffany style, do not purchase, utter tat, size is exaggerated its about 10cm long by 10cm high. Again, do not buy any of the animal lamps you will be totally disgusted with it
