Even after notifying them that the individual they are pursuing has passed away, they continue to send letters and attempt contact. The necessary notifications were completed, leaving no justification for such unrelenting and uncaring behavior. Pursuing a deceased individual for payment is not only unprofessional – it’s utterly heartless. Any organization with even a modicum of professionalism should ensure their records are updated promptly. Clearly, this company struggles with basic responsibilities. I would recommend avoiding them entirely.

Transitioning to a New ISP Was Frustrating

After switching from one ISP to another, I received an email about returning the router, but since then, I've been bombarded with texts and letters regarding an outstanding bill. I still have an active account, and payments are due soon, yet they chose to pursue me for payment within 48 hours instead of waiting the required 14 days. Additionally, the website mentioned in their correspondence is different from the one I found.

Despite repeatedly informing them of the passing of the person they are trying to reach, they continue to send letters and seek communication. The necessary notifications have been completed, so there's no excuse for this relentless and callous behavior. Pursuing someone who is deceased for payment is not only incompetent but also deeply heartless. Any organization with a hint of professionalism would have updated their records. Clearly, this company lacks basic competence. I would strongly advise against engaging with them.

I've been receiving threatening letters and emails for over a year concerning alleged student loan debt. Despite informing them that the relevant authorities confirmed I owe nothing, this company ignores my statements completely. I can't tell if they are running a scam or if they are just incompetent. Either way, they come across as very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
