I really enjoy the keyboards and keycaps; they are made from quality materials, not cheap plastic. Typing on them feels premium, and the build quality is excellent. My favorite is the Green Jelly Keycaps, which fit perfectly on my keyboard and produce a satisfying sound. Overall, this company never disappoints!
The keycaps I received were of very poor quality. They felt cheap and thin, and the RGB lighting didn't shine through as expected. When I requested a refund, they wanted me to cover expensive return shipping and deducted from the refund. I would advise looking elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more. Very poor customer service and product quality. Avoid.

The items arrived in pristine condition, but the delivery and tracking were unreliable. While I received my package quickly, the tracking system showed it was not out for delivery yet. This indicates a lack of strict control over updates. Other than that, it was excellent.
