AVOID!!! The coat I paid £100 for didn't fit and was terrible cheap quality (thin fabric). The parcel arrived from a UK address AL10 9TR. The name Avenly London is deliberately misleading though as the company is based in Netherlands and they say returns have to go to a warehouse in Asia. After much back and forth they said they don’t refund “large amounts” and because the cost of return would be high they offered me only 30% back!!! NONE of this is mentioned in their returns policy online. I’m referring it to trading standards
