We have a dedicated advisor who I can speak with re any issues we are facing, even if it's just to run something by them.Our advisor is extremely knowledgeable and so are the team putting together our Staff Handbook and policies.Everything is easy to understand and advice is given at basic level or indepth, depending on what suits you. I have worked in HR for a long time and am able to pick up the phone and say "I'm thinking of doing ....." and get advice on what I'm planning to do; alternatively, if you have very little HR knowledge you can get information and advice on how to proceed.Great service!
