As a small business the contract terms and conditions from avensure are unfair, and ensure lockin for long periods, with a very small window for termination at a future point in 4 yrs time for you to remember. This increases the likelihood of paying large termination fees on the sale or closure of the business, with robust process to ensure they receive the additional full 5 years renewal period. Services from individual HR agents is really good, albeit relying on templates.Recommend everyone has calendar reminders for exit clause windows!!
