I want to start by saying Aventon customer service hasn’t always been the best. I had lost faith in the company and was feeling very discouraged and disappointed with my experience. However, today everything changed—the customer service agent I had, DJ, was more than helpful with my experience at Aventon. He made sure to listen to my complaint, and truly hear me. He diligently problem solved with quick execution and made the process smoother. The previous issues I had with my bike were quickly solved and reconciled with DJ’s patience and experience. He really cared and showed empathy for me with my bike. Because of DJ’s hard work, I now look at Aventon as a company in a positive light. I am forever grateful for his help and recommend DJ’s guidance when corresponding with Aventon.
