The bolt for the kickstand is too short to engage in the frame, no customer support on phone or email to request a replacement. It is a Solatera 4 ADV and they cannot even do a quality check before the ship it and do not supply customer support.

I've had a few issues over 4.5k miles as im a new ebike owner but Aventon has helped me each time and got my bike back to work as quick as possible including replacing a battery and a button panel.

Its because of this I feel comfortable riding my bike and knowing someones got my back if parts have problems during my normal use.

Exceptional Performance on My E-Bike Journey

I acquired an e-bike in May 2024, and after riding for 2,500 miles, it has truly impressed me. My riding companion invested in two other e-bikes during this period, which were significantly more expensive, yet they don't match the performance of mine, especially regarding torque and climbing hills. The only improvement I hope for is a reduction of 15 to 20 pounds in the weight of the series.

Frustrating Experience with Support

I really wished to enjoy my experience with the service, but my recent interaction with their parts department has been quite disappointing. After purchasing one of their bikes, you anticipate a certain standard of professional assistance, but the quality control is noticeably poor. I ordered crucial replacement parts, and when the package finally arrived, it was incomplete. Missing hardware and essential components prevented me from making the necessary repairs, leaving my bike unusable. It's evident that no one is properly verifying these orders before shipping them out. To complicate things further, after reaching out to the support team to rectify their mistake, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 days for the missing items to arrive. There was no effort to expedite the shipping despite it being their fault. Having a high-end e-bike remain idle in the garage as an expensive paperweight for nearly two weeks due to a packing error is unacceptable. The bikes themselves are good, but if you encounter an issue, be ready for a lengthy process to receive the correct parts.

Quick Replacement for a Broken Throttle

I required a new throttle after damaging one of the connecting pins while attempting to reconnect the cable. The support team quickly checked my previous order and ensured the new part was dispatched promptly.

Absolutely enjoy the bike, but faced a battery issue

I truly love the bike; however, about two months ago, the battery stopped charging, prompting me to purchase a new charger. It worked for a couple of weeks but then failed completely. It’s quite puzzling since I even ride it during the winter for local errands. Despite the cold, I still miss riding it because it’s such a joy!

Eager to Ride My New Bike!

Although it's winter here and I haven't had the opportunity to ride my new bike yet, I am truly excited! I followed the setup tutorial and found the instructions to be clear and easy to follow. Assembling it was a breeze! I was initially concerned about how tight the tolerances were with the front disc brake when attaching the front wheel, but there was no need for worry! What I expected to take an hour to adjust turned out to be just the time needed to tighten the nuts. This really speaks to the outstanding design and engineering behind this bike! Thank you to the team!

Motor issue

While on vacation at Acadia National Park my motor died so I contacted Aventon and explained what happened with the error code 24 no one wants to fix it so they told me to purchase another motor after I received a new motor a year ago which was under warranty so I purchased this new one after she sent me the link of my previous purchase I just assumed she was giving me the link from my previous purchase I did explain which model I have which is an A1 but the motor I received today is something different it does not have the disc brake attached and it just looks different so what do I do now I didn't have a bike to ride in Acadia and now I won't have a bike to ride for my trip this weekend in Pennsylvania unless some miracle happens and I could receive a new motor by Saturday so please contact me soon I would like to receive a new motor the one that fits
