I ordered crucial replacement parts, and when the package finally arrived, it was incomplete. Missing hardware and essential components prevented me from making the necessary repairs, leaving my bike unusable. It's evident that no one is properly verifying these orders before shipping them out. To complicate things further, after reaching out to the support team to rectify their mistake, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 days for the missing items to arrive. There was no effort to expedite the shipping despite it being their fault. Having a high-end e-bike remain idle in the garage as an expensive paperweight for nearly two weeks due to a packing error is unacceptable. The bikes themselves are good, but if you encounter an issue, be ready for a lengthy process to receive the correct parts.
