My order was shipped to the wrong address. When I called for assistance, they claimed they couldn't help. I contacted the shipping carrier and they said the issue could be resolved if the vendor contacted them to remove shipping restrictions. When I relayed this to the vendor, they refused to take action. I was left without a solution, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were unavailable. I had to involve the shipping carrier directly, only to find out the vendor hung up on them. Avoid buying from a company with such terrible customer service.
