Extremely frustrating experience. The items are overpriced and poorly made. I ordered a tunic in my usual size, but it arrived too small. With high shipping fees, I ended up paying too much for the item. When I tried to exchange it, the customer service informed me that exchanges are not offered. I have to return it for a gift card or a reimbursement to my card. I paid over $55 for the blouse, but if I want a reimbursement to my card, I will receive $34 minus a $10.99 return fee. If I opt for a gift card, I will get $34 but without taxes or shipping fees. This feels unfair as it seems they are taking away from what I initially paid. I will not order from them again.
I ordered next day delivery for $40.00 on 12/18 for a birthday gift on 12/23, but I didn't receive the shoes until 12/26, after Christmas. I called multiple times for a tracking number, but the representatives couldn't provide a confirmed delivery date. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed of a $10.99 return fee, and my original shipping costs would not be refunded. The box arrived damaged, and I decided to keep the item since it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it for just $20. I will never order from this store again.
Very unsatisfactory service. I ordered 4 pairs of boots but never received them. They took my money immediately, but I had to wait 21 days for a refund. I was told that the order never left their warehouse, yet I was still made to wait. I will never order from them again, as I was really looking forward to those boots.

When I relayed this to the vendor, they refused to take action. I was left without a solution, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were unavailable. I had to involve the shipping carrier directly, only to find out the vendor hung up on them. Avoid buying from a company with such terrible customer service.

This company deserves a negative rating. Their customer service is terrible and their return policy is exploitative. They sent the wrong size, and to get the correct size, I would have to return the item for a gift card or pay a $10.99 fee for a refund. It's unacceptable.
