Following up on my previous review and the seller's response. I tried all the suggested contact methods, but unsurprisingly, there has been no reply or refund for my boots ordered in early September. My account seems to have been deleted, along with any previous chats. I am now £231.99 out of pocket. Hopefully, others can learn from my experience. BEWARE! Their response to my last review seems disingenuous. I've reached out multiple times, but nothing has happened. No boots, no refund, and my account has vanished. It's been nearly three months since I placed my order. Please do not be deceived by their facade of professionalism.
