I found two hard-to-get items: the YSL Advent calendar for £285 and a pair of boots in my size for £400. Although the delivery and service fees were somewhat high, they were worth it. Initially, I had some concerns after reading reviews, but I decided to proceed, and I'm glad I did—it truly is a unique service. This platform is not trustworthy! I ordered an item in September and never received it. After following up for a refund, I was told they had processed it, which is untrue! Their latest advice was to file a chargeback with my bank. Please avoid this site; you won't receive your goods or a refund.
I ordered shoes for a Christmas gift but received no delivery details or tracking information, and ultimately no shoes. I tried emailing, calling, and using the online chat, but couldn't reach anyone after three hours. Completely unreliable. Do not trust this seller!
I've had a disappointing experience with their customer service. I've been seeking my refund for nearly two months with no success. It's difficult to reach anyone, and when I do, I'm given vague information. All I wanted was proof of my refund, but they keep saying I need to contact my bank. Without proper details, I can't do that. It's disheartening to have to exert so much effort for my own money, especially after cancelling an order that was incorrectly priced. I've reported them to the relevant authorities; businesses like this should not operate.
I had a poor experience with this seller. After a long wait for my order, I reached out to customer service but initially received no response. When I finally did, it was rude. The product that arrived was not as described, and when I attempted to return it, they claimed it matched the online description. Their response seems to violate consumer regulations. Following up on my previous review and the seller's response. I tried all the suggested contact methods, but unsurprisingly, there has been no reply or refund for my boots ordered in early September. My account seems to have been deleted, along with any previous chats. I am now £231.99 out of pocket. Hopefully, others can learn from my experience. BEWARE! Their response to my last review seems disingenuous. I've reached out multiple times, but nothing has happened. No boots, no refund, and my account has vanished. It's been nearly three months since I placed my order. Please do not be deceived by their facade of professionalism.
