Due to the absence of a reasonable solution, I had to escalate the issue through my credit card company. This has been a frustrating experience, which is not what I expected from a high-value purchase. I hope this review aids others in understanding my experience. My advice is to be mindful of after-sales communication and the handling of issues when considering a purchase. Update: I anticipated a typical response from this seller. For anyone considering a purchase, I recommend using a credit card to ensure the possibility of a refund. If necessary, file a complaint to address how clients are treated.
