Very poor rating. (I’d give them a “negative” minus -10 if the scale allowed it.)I ordered the Celeste™ | Fox Fur Hat. When the package came, about 2-weeks for delivery, the product was counterfeit and of very poor quality and very fake. When I tried to return the item that was shipped from California, Avery &Bennet told me I had to return it to China and they provided me a distribution address located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong ProvinceChina…really?????? I was not treated right and will never buy another thing from this company as I felt scammed by the inferior product they shipped. Be aware!!!! Also, reported them along with pictures to the BBB. Note: This is my first review. I’ve never taken the time to write a review in my life and this experience was so bad I had to take the time to warn other people.
